Cook the FIRST PRIDE Tempura Chicken Nuggets as per instructions.

Combine all sweet and sour sauce ingredients in a bowl.

To make sure the sauce has the right texture, make a cornstarch mixture and dissolve it well before adding it to the pan. This will help thicken the sauce even more and give it a smooth and thick texture.

Stir fry a colourful assortment of vegetables in a pan until it aromatises and the pineapple is slightly caramelized.

Pour in the sweet and sour sauce mixture while stirring constantly, allowing the sauce to thicken.

Add the tantalising nuggets to the pan, and stir until each piece is perfectly coated with the sweet and sour sauce.
