Fry the FIRST PRIDE Original Fried Chicken as per packaging instructions.

While the chicken is frying, take out a pan and heat up some butter until it melts. Then, add some chopped garlic, bird’s eye chilli, and curry leaves. As the aromas fill your kitchen, sauté the mixture until it's nice and fragrant.

Next, add the milk to the pan. Cook the ingredients together until the sauce thickens a little bit. Don't forget to season it well with some salt and pepper!

To make sure the sauce has the right texture, make a cornstarch mixture and dissolve it well before adding it to the pan. This will help thicken the sauce even more and give it a silky smooth texture.

Now it's time to bring in the star of the show: the crispy fried chicken! Toss the chicken into the pan and mix it around until each piece is coated in the delicious buttermilk sauce.
